A Fashion Club is a group of individuals with similar interests in Fashion, Design, Shopping, Sewing, Decorating, Modeling, and/or Beauty—anything related to Fashion! FIDM Fashion Club members meet to share ideas, learn new things, explore Fashion opportunities, and showcase their talents. You'll also have the opportunity to win a scholarship!

Start the 5-Step Process
First step, tell us that you are interested! Complete the ‘Contact Form’ so we’ll know that you want to start a club.

Find an Advisor
Look for an Advisor who either knows you or has an interest in Fashion or related areas. Art teachers, home economics teachers, student activity coordinators, career center advisors, and ROP and DECA instructors are great people to start asking.

Get School Approval
Every school is different, so getting approval can either be simple or complicated. Your advisor may be able to help you with the process. We can’t guarantee that you’ll receive approval, but we are available to consult with the teacher you’ve approached and make things easier for you. Know Your Focus and Complete the Fashion Club Business Plan
Take the “Fashion IQ Quiz” to help determine what the focus of your club should be. Have your friends take the quiz too. Then you can incorporate all their talents and ideas into your FIDM Fashion Club and make it even better! What’s next? The most important part of planning… it’s your FIDM Fashion Club Business Plan. What’s that? A complete and detailed plan that will become your ‘roadmap’ for club success. Tip: Once you complete Step #1, the ‘Contact Form’, you’ll get the links that give you club planning ideas and instructions for completing the Fashion Club Business Plan.

What if your school already has a fashion club? That’s O.K.; you can still be a part of the fun by converting your club to an official FIDM Fashion Club. If you need advice send an email to myclubinfo@fashionclub.com.
